The Community Advice and Law Service offer consultancy and support to workers in other agencies who may be supporting clients but do not have the specialist knowledge in one of our areas of expertise.
The aim of this service is for specialist advice to be offered, but for the original agency to retain the case. In some cases a referral to our agency may be made in order that CALS may progress the case to its conclusion.
